I saw an ad on Facebook about this skincqare and it said free trial. Just pay shipping of $4.95. Then it also included another product with same details. So i signed up . at the end after you give your cedit card details . It then states you signed up for a monthly trial automatically. That is not what i wanted so i called the company. I waited 45 minutes on hold. When i finally talked to someone and shared i wanted to cancel because i was not interested in a monthly program. The lady argued with me . She kept telling me to try it and within 15 days if i dont like it then cancel.  I should of . I recieved the product it smelled bad and it when i put it on my face i got a rash and hives. So i called back Immediately and once again the lady argued with me.

It got to the point that i was in a yelling match with the lady. Finally she caved and was supposedly cancelling it. I recieved an email stating that it was cancelled.   Now fast forward 2 months later. I noticed my checking account was being debited $94.94 dollars the last 2 months under the name Life Source. it took me awhile to figure out who this was since it was a different name the product. Then in the mail today i recieved another can of product and put 2 and 2 together.  I callled customer service to find out why they were taking money out when i cancelled it 2 months ago. The lady was once again giving me a hard time and trying to tell me that because i bought both products ( paid shipping fee trial) they only cancelled the one and not both . I demanded to speak to supervisor.

The supervisor said the same thing and that the other product is sold by their sister co. And I needed to call them. Now mind you both these products were on the same ad , same time with the same brand name. It does not state that they are from different companies.  I was livid and told him i was under the impression i cancelled them both. He says no and because you did not cancel the second one within 15 days we cannott refund your money.  If i knew i had to cancel 2 different ones when i cancelled the 1st one which i did within the first 5 days of recieving it . you bet i would of. Now they will not refund me , in fact the only thing they offered me was a 3 months supply and a 100.00 voucher for their product.

Now why would i want to use a product that makes me breakout in a rash?  They just want your money and they got mine. Totally scam. And a nightmare to deal with .  So now i am out almost $200.00  and have a can of skincare that i cant use.
