The tickets were advertised to include the following:
VIP parking
A private Pre-show performance
A Pre-show Brunch and drinks with Kenny Chesney
Concert Swag for Kenny Chesney to autograph
VIP seating in front of the stage
What it actually included:
No parking
Two tickets to stand in the sandpit
Old swag from past concerts (two hats, two leis, pins and a beach ball)
Dinner at an off-site location. This was extremely disorganized.
(A restaurant at the mall)
(The managers at the restaurant didn't know anything about Premium Seats USA.
They had no idea who was paying for the food, or how)
The ticket price was around $200.
Each person who bought this VIP package paid approximately $1,500 per person.
Fraudulent & grossly misleading advertising.
