I called Premium Seats USA to purchase tickets for an upcoming concert. I called looking for VIP seating and was told that I would be getting VIP seating, tour gifts, a detailed itinerary, a pre-show dinner and that would be seated in the first 20 rows. I asked the seller multiple times about each thing, just to make sure that I would not end up spending almost $450 for something I did not want.

Upon receiving my conformation e-mail I noticed there was a $81.78 charge listed as a service fee. In addition to the $15 shipping. In addition that that e-mail, I received another e-mail conformation and it listed the $81.78 charge as "misc expense".
I also noticed that my ticket was a General Admission ticket which is not what I paid for, and I did not receive my detailed itinerary, or a location or time for the pre-show dinner. I called them up, and the person that answered was very rude. He blamed the lack of the detailed itinerary on me since I ordered my tickets at "the wrong time" and that the location and time of the pre-show was in the itinerary. I asked when I would be receiving the itinerary and he said he would e-mail it to me by the end of the night. He ended up doing that, and since I forgot to mention the seating issue to him I replied to his e-mail asking why it doesn't say VIP or where I'm sitting at, in addition to the spending amount on the dinner.

He took 3 days to respond and replied with, "Im sorry for the delayed response. The exact spending amount limit at that restaurant is $75.00. Regarding the ticket, unfortunately, all sales are final and there was nothing I could do with switching the ticket out for another one. Since you are going to the concert by yourself and you are on the Floor, I recommend moving up as close as possible to the stage. It should be very easy for you because you are by yourself. I hope you have a great time at the concert!". So I paid $450 for $75 dinner $90 General Admission ticket and a tour shirt that I received which is way too big, probably costing around $30, all equaling $195. I will never order tickets through this company, which by the way offers a 200% satisfaction guaranty. But wait - don't try looking for the terms and conditions, it doesn't exist on their website! Even if you click the link for it. Oh, also don't try to fill out the survey it doesn't work either. This company is a scam don't use them!
