Premium Seats USA The company scammed us by overcharging and misleading us. Hollywood Florida

 0 starts if I could ! SCAM! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! This company is scamming their clients. We were promised by the sales representative to get a "gold package" that worth over 1800$ for Ed Sheeran concert in vegas this Friday(Aug 4th 2017). "First rows guarantee" that's what the representative told us over the phone. When we received the tickets we got tickets that marked as $99 and on the back of the T mobile arena in Vegas, not in first rows as they promised us. When we called the company and ask them to give us whatever their promised us over the phone when we first purchased the tickets, they told us that this is a final sale, no refunds. We spoke to a sales representative and we asked to talk to a manager. We asked to open the original conversation phone recording. After waiting over three hours in the phone the manager told us she could refund us only $300 even though the tickets worth not over $99. What a SCAM! We are 5 people. 1813$ for 5 tickets that doesn't worth even 500$!!! Attached is the proof for the payment. When we first bought-Each ticket were marked as 290$ plus extras. And when we got the "real" tickets they were marked 99$. We will let the attorney general and BBB know about how this company works. See you in the court! "Premium seats USA" ! We are going to file a lawsuit against their fraudulent methods. We will see this company next in the court.
