Pressler & Pressler Froze by Bank account Garden City New York

Pressler and Pressler put a hold on my checking account funds (I have no idea how they obtained my banking information) and are charging me double the amount -$4271.26. They currently have a judgement against me from an debt I don't know nothing about this debt. I never received judgement documents in writing regarding a judgement nor did they contact me by phone. What rights do they have to do this. I'm a single mother with no assets working pay check to pay check. Now I have zero in by bank account plus they are charging me $100.00 legal fee on top of that I have negative available balance of -$4271.26
