Priceline.com Knights Inn Ripped off/ false advertisement/lied /stole unauthorized charges on CC Galveston, Texas

On 3-14-2011 I called priceline.com to book hotel only due to I did not know hotels in galveston area and I had seen pricelines advertisement before, so the lady on the ph.booked me with Knights Inn in Galveston.I had ask her if it was a good hotel supposeably it was compared to marriott ,holiday inn express, Hilton so I ask also if it was beachfront room she put me on hold nd then got back on ph.she had confirmed all ammenties nice clean rooms,newly remodled,indoor swimming pool,free breakfast not continetiel, free internet ,etc. .. well I gave her my card and was told it would not be charged til my depart on 17th I booked 2 nites at $89 a nite totalling $204.44 .when me nd my family arived to Knights Inn in Galveston tx.the appearance of hotel was trashy not even as priceline picture showed.there was no indoor pool we ask when we check in Patel the owner handed me a house key lookin nd remote for tv.he put us in rm 112 my family nd I opened door almost didn't open it seemed broken so we pushed so it came open.we stepped inside rm and it was the most disguisting place it reeked like stale beer nd urine.that's not it we looked up ceiling was falling in ,bathtub had pubic hairs on it and all in it,the toilet had urine on it seat cover floor toilet seat ,nad the floor was nasty filthy,urine. Dirt mixed on tile and dark dirty stains on carpet.the sheets had hirs on them .there were no soap no towels no coffee pot no ice bucket.a dirty microwave nd refrigerator .by the way when I check in Patel the owner told me when I leave I need to make sure the room is cleaned I0 laughed nd said what I thought he was kidding .by far.so my husband and I took pictures with our ph. To prove what the0 conditions was we were nt exagerating at al0l. So I got on the ph. With priceline and talk to Ernie at first told him to plz get us into another hotel me nd my family could not stay there I didn't let my 6 yr old even on the floor or bed Ernie transfer me to Kim id#&0
