Prime Capital Resource Center approved for loan , sent 800.00 to company to secure loan to find out it was not true Chicago Illinois

I was looking for a bad credit loan, I received an e-mail from Prime Capital Resource Center saying that I was approved to contact Monica Mills @ ext 498. When I contacted her she said that I would have to get insurance for this loan because of being a high risk. she said if I sent 400.00 now by money gram to another money gram location to the name of Robert Torres in Irwin Pa that they would release the funds to my account in 2 hours. I kept looking on our account and noticed no money was deposited.

I called Monica Mills and she said that I had to send another 400.00 to the same location and the same person, so I did. She said after that they would release the funds by 3:00 pm that day. That was Oct. 27th.

I kept checking my account only to see that nothing had been released into my account, When I kept trying to call Monica Mills, She transferred me to customer service. Customer service got on the line to tell me that they could not approve the loan unless I sent them another 400.00 because I was high risk. When I told him NO to refund the money back he said that I would get it back in 10 to 5 days. We have not been able to get a hold them since. When you call their # you get a voice message saying ( Thank you, Good-Bye) We called Information to see if they would have the same problem getting thru plus to look up their address. Information had the same recording and said the address that I gave him did not exist.
