I received an email from a Monica Mills saying that I was approved this loan which I intentionally was interested in. So I figured I would call and see what the catch was since I already know that my credit is down the tubes and every bank I was trying was turning me down. Monica said that I was approved for $11k, which in my case was perfect, I was able to pay off 90% of my debt and have a reasonable payment at that. Monica than explained that because I was a "high" risk that I would have to atleast $990.00 of the assurance money down in order for my funds to wired to my account within 4-5 hours. I had told her that I didn't have that kind of money that I would have to talk it over with my boyfriend and get back to her.

So after she emailed me the contract and I signed it and had my boyfriend read over it with me, it seemed legit and he let me borrow the money. Monica had me moneygram $480.00 and to make sure that I get a receipt so she could give a reference number that way I could get reimbursed for the "cost of sending" (and they would ask me for the rest of the money as soon as my funds were wired) to a "Leonard Hamilton" in Los Angelos, CA, November 1.My policy would be ready the next day and my funds would be transferred.

Well I didn't hear from Monica that next day so I called and she answered and I told her that I was concerned why nothing had been done and it was almost 2 o'clock in the afternoon, she said she was getting ready to open her email and she conveniently told me that she got an email from the insurance company that because I'm a high risk that I would need to have the rest of the money($510) down and then my policy would be ready and my funds would be wired. I even spoke with her Supervisor " Mandy Drummond who said that that money was all I had to wire to complete the loan process. So I explained to my boyfriend the situation and he was upset but said that if this was going to seriously help me that I could put the rest of the money on his credit card and use it as a cash advance so I can money gram the rest.

On November 6th, I wired the money to the same conartist-"Leonard Hamilton", and didn't hear anything. November 7th, I spoke with Monica and said what's going on, there's no money in my bank account and I have yet to receive the policy and she said that I was supposed to be getting a call from a Ronald.......? the phone went dead and I never heard from her again.

So my boyfriend is out of $1,060.00 all for trusting what he thought would make things financially better not just for me but for the both of us! Don't let these scammers get to you and make you think that you can a loan with some money down cause THEY'RE LYING TO YOU AND DESERVE TO GET CAUGHT!!!
