Looks like I'm not the first person to get screwed by this offer. I sent in the rebate form on 1/19/01. It's now 9/29/01. I checked on the status through TCArebates.com and my check was approved and supposed to be sent on 7/6/01.

Needless to say I am somewhat upset. It was supposed to be the standard 6-8 weeks, my check wasn't even approved till the 24th week and its now the 32nd week and still no check. I had a suspicion that they may have filed for bankruptcy and I found out by reading another guys rip off report on this site that this is what happened. T

he moral to this story is don't just buy something because of a rebate. Look up company info or, better yet, buy from a company that is well known and has been around for awhile.
