We had the same problem as well as our neighbor. We finally faxed our complaint to the BBB of N.C. (fax # 919-277-4221)they want it faxed or mailed, won't take phone calls. They have more than 2500 complaints against them. Once we complained it was within three weeks and we received a check. Heres what to fax:

1. name of company
2. companies address and phone numbers
3. your name, address, and phone #
4. a summary of your complaint
5. copy of rebate form and contract
