Prime TV ripoff false advertisment wants to force customers to double pay for shipping equipment Southern Pines North Carolina

On Saturday December the 20,2003. I order the advertised special for a three-room service. All I would have to pay is $19.90 for shipping which was deducted from my bank account. The sales rep. (Jason) took my order and comfirmed my order with me.

On Wednesday December 24,2003 I recived a box with only two-room service. I had to wait until Friday December 26, 2003 to make a call regarding the mistake made on behalf of the sales rep. I was then told by a (Carrie) that that offer had expired. Which is untrue, because according their advertisement the offer is to expire on the last day of this year. They then told me since there was no way to verify that (Jason)had placed an error in the order, I would have to pay an additional $19.90 for the shipping of additional equipment. And to add insult to injury when I asked to speak to a manager, Carrie placed me on hold and never returned. To make a long story short the next day Saturday December the 27,2003. I spoke with a manager named Heather who also refused to offer some assistance gave me a BOGUS corp. office number.

When it comes to me spending my money. I am very aware of what I am purchasing. Due to the fact that Prime T.V. refuses to take responsibilty for their MISTAKE in processing of my order I am due a full refund of the money I had paid. I cannot belive the companies arogance in handling this matter. I truly belive that this is a scam to doop me and others out of more money. Please Help!
