This company is a ripoff. DO NOT be lured by their free shipping and cheap prices. They are cheap for a reason. They can afford to be cheap because their products are no good. The printer cartridges are dry on arrival. They refuse to pay return shipping to take this junk back. They have an A rating at the BBB but don't be fooled. I once sued, and won, against a man who had an A+ BBB rating, yet he had been sued 7 times before. Lesson learned. From now on I'm buying from reputable companies in my own community.

I have been ordering Printpal ink cartridges for the past seven years. I have never had any of the problems people are describing here. Although some of their reps could stand to drop the attitude when you do have a problem, I've been totally satisfied.
