I purchased a set of color printer cartridges for my HP from Prinpal.com. They claim "Our goal is your 100% TOTAL SATISFACTION with our service and products".

They sent me a pair of defective cartridges, I had to send them back, they send me another set of printer cartridges with the same problem. The problem was that all 4 cartridges were empty!

I asked for refund, they claim that I have to pay for shipping since it is a refund!

In interacting with this Rip Off company I lost money and gained nothing!

I called the company, the supervisor states that their policy is not to pay for shipping, even on defective items!

What a Rip Off!!!
Don't buy from PrinPal!!! You loose time and money!!!
