Printpal.com Sent faulty ink color pak, constantly gave me run around about replacing it. Never replaced it Internet Internet .....

I ordered and paid for a color ink pak for my printer. When it arrived I found it did not work, I immediately e-mailed printpal and they ignored my e-mails for over a month. When I threatened to report them they contacted me and said they would replace the ink pak. Another month went by and I finally inquired as to when they were going to ship the ink pak.

They told me they had shipped it but would gladly ship anoither one. More time went by, no ink pak. Since then I have e-mailed them many times and no one ever replies and I still don't have a color ink pak that works. Order # 1722- 9718- 0446. I feel very ripped off and cheated.
