I signed up for the "no commitment" social media marketing for two of my instagram accounts. It was very difficult to initiatlly get the company to respond promptly to emails, but they apologize and I decided to allow them a chance to perform the service. I saw some activity for a couple of days on one of my accounts and absolutely no activity on the other. I do not believe they ever even began performing services at all.
After a few weeks, I decided to cancel the service and changed my passwords. I sent the cancellation email simply asking that I not be charged any future charges and was not asking for a refund. I received no response at all. Then, over a month later, Prismative Media charged my card again. I had already emailed twice that I was cancelling and received no response whatsoever.
I sincerely regret every providing this company my debit card information and will now have to cancel my card in order to prevent future charges.

Before this report was even uploaded she was told she’d be taken care of and refunded. She then proceeds to file a report because she didn’t get refunded right away, ***refunds take 5-10 days. At this point we’re still in that time frame. No insults were given, opinions, yes.

On May 7, 2018, Prismative Media finally responded to my repeated demands and assured me "Don't worry Mrs. Elizabeth it will be handled." As of today, May 15, 2018, I have still not received a refund and then, received an email stating the following:
"Not sure what the Ripoffreports about alls you did was contradict yourself."
This company is clearly unprofessional, unresponsive and unwilling to handle matters in a proper and professional manner. Now they have taken to insults by email and failed to follow through on their statement above.
