This was the offer I received on Instagram: Our system works 100% safely. We work within the limits of Instagram. Your account is safe and secure on our service. We offer 24/7 support, our account representatives will take care of any of your questions or needs you may have. We have a 750 follower guarantee! We have some clients gaining 100+ followers a day so 750 is definitely very easy to surpass + you already have great content. The service is $50/month! At the end of the month I had received approx 100 extra followers, far less than the 750 follower guarantee. During the month I sent 2 Instagram messages and 1 email asking how my service was going and did not receive a single reply. At the end of the month a received a new invoice and sent an email reply regarding their follower guarantee and still no reply. Thankfully my credit card expired after the first month so these jerks couldn’t keep charging me. Stay clear of this company. Not worth a penny of your money.

 I’m unsure what the problem is other than the "guarantee not being met”. Which you could have easily taken advantage of but did not. Calling us jerks is childish, not once did we communicate with you in a "jerk” tone.

We were fully cooperative and polite every conversaion we had. Of course an invoice was sent to you at the end of the month, every single client gets one then. You chose to not to continue or pay, so there was no way for us to charge your card either way.
