I'm in dispute through my credit card company for a charge of $19.99 for Privacy Matters. When I called to dispute it with Privacy Matters at 877-993-6264 they told me they would close my account and reimburse me for the payment pending but not for the previous month. I asked to speak to a supervisor to find out that I was signed up for their service automatically when I joined Classmates.com. I said "thank you very much I will now be calling by bank to dispute the first payment now good bye".
