WARNING–RE: TRIAL PERIOD REFUND
Do NOT expect to receive a refund if you cancel during the trial period (which I did because Netflix blocks PIA). One week after cancellation, and still no refund posted to Paypal. Three emails later, I’m still being asked to jump through hoops to get a refund. PIA’s marketing tactic is obviously hoping you’ll just forget about the $38.
