Prize Candle Nancy Lyczkowski Robbed right before Christmas Santa Monica California

 I have purchased from this company in the past with no major problems. I was shocked at how this was all handled. According to her background, this woman is supposed to be a professional. I ordered candles on 12/10/2016 at a total of $44.99. I received confirmation right away. After waiting 4 business days, I sent an email to them stating that I had not received a shipping confirmation. They usually send them within a couple days. After not hearing back the next day, something didn't seem right to me. I tried to go onto their website, only to be shown a page that said they were "sold out". From there I went onto their Facebook page and that's when I started to see all the comments (many of which were hidden). As of today 12/23/2016, I have not received the items nor have I heard from the company. I'm sure I'll never hear back. This should not be allowed to happen and people that do these type of things shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. I know many people either want their money back or their candles but I would like to see this woman pay for what she did. This all happed a little more than a week before Christmas! Many of these orders were supposed to be Christmas gifts! I hope to God, something is done about this and I will be more than happy to be included in a fight against her.
