Prize Candle I have been a customer of Prize Candle for almost 2 years now and have never had any problems until my last order i placed for 3 candles for 33$ on promotion they took forever to get to my house and when the mailman brought them upstairs to me all you could hear was the broken glass rattling in the box i purchased these for a Christmas gift and now have broken candles no gift and 33.00 $ gone when i tried to contact the phone number is out of service I have written 2 emails as well with no responce I am highly disatisfied and just want either my candles or my money back. Someone please get to the bottom of this nationwide

I am writing because I have been a customer for prize candle for 2 years now and never ran into any problems until this holiday season. I placed a order for 3 candles on promotion for 33$. They took forever to get to my home and when i did finally recieve them all you heard was broken glass rattling in the box I havenot opened the box secondary to not wanting to get cut. I have tried to contact numerous times via phone (the number is disconnected)and via email (wrote two emails no response) I am highly upset these were a Christmas gift and now i have no gift,broken candles, and am out of 33$ I would really appreciate if someone got to the bottom of this . I just want my candles or my money refunded to me and to make it all worse had to be the order i placed near the holidays
