Pro Auto Tryon Davis deceptive,,lead me to believe I could not get a vehicle except one for 6,995,,,told me put down payment 500,,,,then brought me a receipt with NON rEFUNDABLE HAND WRITTEN ON IT.. KINSTON,N.C. North Carolina

I went to Pro aUTO ON 5-24..Tyron  Davis assured me he could get me financed and get me in a good vechicle..I ask about  a  S.U . V .   Ford Escape.I explained my husband needed room..He works hard and cramps up.Tryon Davis showed me a 2006 kia  Sportage..He cranked it and said lets go inside and talk while  A.C.cools.. We did..Came out and the cement was wet..He says  he gonna take it to the mechanic..I could drive..I said NO,,I ride and see whats up..The machanic  showed him a crack in the radiator..So he said the radiator will be replace.I said I am afraid of this one..It may have run hot before..I know how that can mess up a motor..He kept saying ,,no it has  nothing to do with the running of the vechicle,,,see...He told me I could drive it to show my husband which was 40 minutes a way..I said no..It may run hot.He  said he guranteed me it would be fixed BY  next  morning..eVEN THAT EVENING,,THEY WOULD GET ON IT..and motor was fine..but I said  not sure about it..He takes me in his office and talks me into putting 500 down  ,,he guaranteed me a good vechicle iN MY PRICE RANGE.I gave 500...He takes my 500 to some where and comes back with a recept,,,and on it was hand writtened....non refundable..I said  oH,ll No..I said I cant get my money back?  HE aid he would get me into a good vechicle on the lot..I left feeling SICK..I was already sick with sinus infection..plus now my money stole..I came back the next  morning round  12 30.I had my friend with me..He took me to another  kia..2005,,going backwards  now..alot of miles too...He said the other vechicle was not fixed..I  said I just rather get my money back..He said  NO.I needed to try that vechicle..So my friend and  I got in and came to my husband in the field,,,40 minutes away  on the tractor...My husband  raised the hood,,,and said I dont know how you made it he..The whole motor was covered with OIL...It needed a new belt..The inside  arm rest WAS BUSTED ALSO....So my friend and I start back to Kinston,,N.C.I stop to get gas at a store..The vechicle did not want to crank...The engine light came on..I was on pins and needles all the way back..I got there  and he came out..I told him,,I cant depend on that vechicle..I want my money back..He  ran around making me wait..The people in there were RUDE to me and my friend.The day before  when I said I wanted my money back,,he had told me to come back at 2,,the boss man would be there..Gave me no way to get my money,,thats why I came back the 2 nd day..I had told him I was afraid of the vechicles he had showed me..WORE OUT,,ALOT OF MILES..6995...We sat and waited a while,,different ones would come out and say,,vECHICLES can be fixed..They just kept walking back and forth..I told them I cant spend that kind of money and be broke down the first day..They will not give me my 5oo back,the boss man advoids me..the Others are rude..I have since  looked them up and seen,,,they have cheated alot of people..I read on Face book comments..Please help me..They know I only get 733.00 disability and 200 child support each month..Plus what little I get when my husband helps me,,They did not say I could not get my money back,,Some one wrote it on the receipt and he brought it back to office to me..HELP ME PLEASE.My name is Teresa  Quinn   ,,,Phone  (((REDACTED))) -  address  (((REDACTED)))MAGNOLIA  N.C..(((REDACTED)))  I went that eve  all the way to Fayetteville to a chev place that did me right,,,cause he felt bad about them stealing my money,,he didnt even charge me a down payment,  PLUS God fixed it..,and I have a good vechicle  for  not much more than 6995..I got a 2012  ford escape,,66000 miles  ,,for  13000..
