I have the same story to tell as everyone else.

No product, no refund, phone number changed,
no website, invalid e-mail address and I've read
the same stories about their other wonder product Stormvac.

Everyone who has had this happen to them needs to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission so they will hopefully put an end to this.
