Way back in March 2006 I ordered the product from Pro Seal. I did not receive any product, and after some time I told them to cancel the order and refund my money.
I never received a refund, and each time I phoned I was told the refund will be processed in 30 days. I could never get through to a manager or controller at the company.

After some time I contacted my credit card company, but they told me that the charge was too old to reverse it. Bummer.

The telephone number I have does not get answered anymore, I only rings and sometimes goes into a voice mail systems, then dies.

I wish someone would do something about this company, they are ripping off many people and they are still selling the product online and advertising on TV.

How does one start a class action lawsuit?

(1>CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

This was eventually resolved by the credit card company refunding the charges after I filed a complaint about fraudulent charges. ProSeal had charged my credit card twice after the initial charge and only then did the credit card company take action.
