Pro Seal Ripoff Never Recieve Product Hicksville New York

I ordered Pro Seal on 4/30/06. I waited until 6/20/06 and still hadn't recieved the product. I called and talked to Stephanie. She said the product had been shipped out on May 18,2006 and that I should recieve the product in 4-6 weeks.

Never recieved product. Called again on 7/7/06 and talked to JoAnne. She said that she was going to replace the product and send me out a new one. Waited again. Still no product.

I called on 8/9/06 and talked to Trisha. She said that she was going to mail me out a product and that I would recieve it in 14 business days.

Today is 10/25/06 and I still have not product. I ahve tried to call 1-800-716-9658 many times in the past couple of weeks. There is no answer. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing.

What sucks is that I am a college student and don't have much money. This was suppose to be a present and now I probably will never get my money back.

I don't think that I am ever going to order a product that I see on TV again for fear that I will get ripped-off again.
