Pro Vapor E-Cig took money out of my account with out authorization St Louis Missouri

I took a Walmart Survey in December and the only reward available was a E-Cig for 4.95. I did sign up for a pro vapor reward program that was 1.95 for the first month then 29.95 after with two liquid vapor automatically shipped every month, but the E-cig was suppose to be a reward for taking the survey.

 My trial membership for the 29.95 was coming up and I have not received any of the products so I called to cancel my membership. I talked to a girl named Yesinia. She at that time informed me that I had already been charged 99.95 for the E-cig. I explained to her that it was a reward for taking the survey and had never been charged for a reward before. she said no i ordered a 99.95 kit with a membership that the email they sent me explained the rules. I was also informed that I could not get a refund unless I returned the products but I have not received the products so I can not return them.

 I checked my emails and I received nothing that said the E-cig reward was a 14 day trial. The only 14 day trial I agreed to was the 29.95 auto shipment.  I called my bank and  found out that I had been charged another 2.95.
