After Process at Home hit my credit card for $197, I received a multitude of emails explaining how to go about processing these so-called rebates, where to post ads, what to say, etc. Did not explain what the percentages were for my profit, nor what fees were, nor money I'd have to shell out for placing ads in high traffic areas.
After less than 4 weeks (the refund period is stated as 90 DAYS), I phoned and emailed this Angel Stevens to ask for a refund. I heard nothing from her or her representatives. I called the 800 number several times and left messages. Another female (not named April Stevens supposedly) called me and I demanded a refund, she said she was typing it into the system as we spoke and swore to me I would have my refund in 5-7 business days.
By this time, that would've made my refund due back to my account on October 1st, 2008; of course, it didn't show up, and today is October 18th, 2008 and there is still no sign it ever will.
I did receive a reply email from an "Alice" who remarked (I work with Angel), and stated clearly that "A full refund for the program has been issued. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your .. statement." That was received Oct. 1st. Nothing else has been received, including my refund. And no one has replied to either email or phone calls.
I do believe the bank [or whatever] for this company is located in AUSTRALIA, because when it hit my AmEx card, they had to charge me an International business (another $2.50 or so) charge, and I noticed on the address of the company, it was xxxxx.au in their address.. If that means Australia, I'm not sure. But in internet addresses, I believe that is Australia.
I'm reading horrendous reports from people sucked in all over the world on this Angel Stevens' Process at Home swindle. I'll help you get her and her band of ripoffs in whatever way I'm able! This isn't the first time I've been ripped off, but it's darn sure gonna be the last. And it was the MOST I've been swindled for in trying to find a good home business. My husband is retired and working to supplement our income, I've been out of commission due to health concerns for awhile. This just is not right, that people like these can get away with this stuff. They need to be in jail..!!

i DID finally receive my refund! I took one of the other poster's advice to call them and keep calling them, plus emailing several times a day. But the BIGGEST help was to threaten them with Atty General reports from every state they have an office in, and to threaten them also with your own attorney - AND - give them a close deadline to have the refund deposited in your bank.. or else.
I did ALL those things for a solid week, 5-6 emails a day TO them and replying to their own responses back to me. I filed online reports with A.G.'s in NY, TX, OH, CA. I called both Angel's "personal" phone number AND the supposed Corporate number (which is out of country) at least 3x/day and LEFT THE SAME MESSAGES about attorneys, etc and was determine to drive home the deadline date, which was on the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning I received an email from Angel saying the refund was deposited in my bank. I looked but it wasn't there - h*o hum.. Tuesday afternoon after I got home, I checked the bank again - HOORAY!! There it was - all $197.00 of it!
So.. DO THAT if you haven't received your money back from this scumbag yet.. at least give it a TRY! It may not work for everyone but, by golly.. it worked for at least 2 of us. Ya got nuthin' to lose!

They have been giving me the run around for months now. Finally I got rude and demanded a refund and I have heard nothing from them, not even more run arounds, nothing!
Ive emailed them several times since and still nothing. I agree, they belong in jail!
If you figure out anything that can be done, I am with you all the way.
