ProductsCube Zahna Lallana Total scam San Jose. District 1,Plaridel, Bulacan, Philipines Internet

I purchased an ACER computer on 16th of February this year. They offered a 10% discount if I paid in cash thru PayPal and I agreed. The cash was paid to Zahna Lallana who provided a UPS tracking number to PaPal which proved to be a non existant UPS tracking number. I never received the computer and contacted "Jerry" by chat - I either get put on hold or the chat window goes offline.

On the 8th of March, I contacted PayPal to recover my money and have no resolution nor any feedback from PayPal at this time. It appears PayPal is doing nothing about it even though ProductsCube continues to offer 10% discounts for direct cash payments through PayPal. It appearsPayPal complies as long as a tracking number is provided-even if the tracking number is is bogus.

As of this date, 22nd of April, I have found muliple sites reporting of being scammed as recently as this past week
