I purchased a washer/dryer from Lowes. It came out to a little over $800 before taxes. Then there were parts for the installation and delivery charges. So altogether, it was a $1,200 charge. Well Progressive Leasing is charging $1600 for just the lease agreement!!!
I was not aware of this at the time of purchase. My paperwork did not include any of this information. It wasnt until I paid the initial payment and signed the paperwork, then I recieved an email with this information. Surely, they had made a mistake!
So I called to verify, and the representative said the lease agreement was correct. They also informed me that if I did not make the full payment of the agreement, then they would come to my house and take the washer/dryer.
PLEASE do not use this company!!!! Just try to save your money before purchasing expensive items. This company will try to make as much money off of you as they can.
