Progressive Tax Group A group of thieving liars with a scam San Francisco California

I was behind on my taxes and was getting postcards in the mail from a progressive tax group saying they could help. I called them and they told me he could probably get the IRS and the state to both settle for 10-15% of what i owed in back taxes and penalties. so after he told me the cost would be $3200 to file power of attorney form, prepare latest tax returns, and prepare,negotiate and submit a personal offer and compromise.(i have in writing) i sent them the $3200. after they did my returns they sent them to me to sign and send to the IRS and state,when i recieved notice back from the IRS and state i was supposed to let progressive tax group know the amount so they could submit the offer and compromise. when i contacted them they told me it would be another $4800 to submit the offer and compromise.
