Tax Group Center PROGRESSIVE TAX GROUP, Jake Shulman, Ryan Saldana RIP OFF! TAX HELP FRAUD! SCAM! BEWARE! THIEVES! Calabasas , California

I received a postcard From TAX GROUP CENTER at a time I was behind on taxes for a small business. "Tax help ! Free consultation." I had been looking for such a place in the phone book and internet( they probably got my address from a PHISHING site.)
 I called and spoke to Jake Shulman ( not sure if spelling is correct).
 I made an agreement with them to pay over $1600 in payments from my bank account. The TAX GROUP immediately took a payment to start the PROCESS.They promised to handle everything from then out. They assured they would be able to let me make payments for back taxes spread over several years and that they could also get a huge discount on what I owed. 
 I notified them of court dates & letters I had received usually speaking with JAKE or leaving a msg only to be told an attorney would call me back....NEVER HAPPENED.
 After $1000.00 of payments, dealing with all courts myself and paying off all my debt. I then started contacting the tax group about a REFUND for NO SERVICES RENDERED. They then contacted me and said they would send a summary of services and fees. FOR STARTERS $375 for administration fee, $175. for worksheet for me to fill out $260 for speaking to someone on a hotline( one of the many times I called to see what was going on because no one ever calls back as promised) snd se=veral other fees. In the end listed services said to be "VALUED" at $1145.00 with "DISCOUNTS" of $725 AND LISTED A  REFUND OF $145.00 I assume because they already had $1000.00 from my account
There were documents they wanted me to sign  to release them for EVERYTHING they could think of and also saying they would RELIEVE me of further payments for the full amount ($750) (the DISCOUNTED AMOUNT. 
TAX GROUP did absolutely nothing for me but waste my  time and STEAL $1000.00 from me. I believe  Jake Shulman, if that's even HIS REAL NAME!?, is nothing but a HIGHLY COMMISSIONED salesperson. Kinda like a used car salesman they just want to make the sale they don't care if it breaks down  a day later AS IS! 
 I hope this helps someone and saves them from losing MORE money.
