Tax Group Center Took $1600 and did not do anything Calabasas California

The tax group offered to help with my tax problem, they said I qualified for the program that would lower or eliminate my debt to the IRS. I started this agreement in March of 2013, I also had them file my 2012 taxes, which they made several errors on. The process was taking very long so I called several times trying to find out what happened to my case only to find out they lost or mis-places my paperwork. I had to resubmit the paperwork, and finally in November of 2013 they told me I did not qualify and I could not recover my money, I paid $1600. They sent me a bill with 1600 dollars worth of phone calls that they charged me.
