project curve appeal PCA canceled my order because i required about shipping Internet

 On June 28 2016 I emailed customer service inquiring about an order I placed on June 14 2016. They responded that it could take up to 2 weeks for the item to ship. I waited the appropriate amount of time, still no order. I contacted customer service again on August 11 2016 inquiring about my order. This time the rep says that it can take up to 60 days for the item to ship. And that they are well within those 60 days to ship my item. I told them that they have poor customer service and I said a few choice words on the matter. Then the rep emails me back stating my order has been canceled and my money refunded. Never did I state that I wanted my money back. Never did I say cancel my order. This company/business must have 13 year old girls working for them because their customer service dept is very petty and childish. They will just cut you off if they don't like you. Better not ask the this company about things you but from them...they will just cancel your order. Pathetic.
