Prometric Testing CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Glendale, CA Nationwide

I am seeking like minded individuals that fit this criteria who feel that due to the time, money and effort that Prometric wasted of theirs would like to be part and parcel of a class action lawsuit.

My specific situation:

• Drove to center
• Paid for parking
• Drove back
• Wasted 2+ hours before being told thier system was unresponsive even after contacting their global helpdesk.

I am seeking mileage, and time, and most of all grief.  Taking a certification is not a simple task, one has to mentally prepare for it.

To take it a step further, since the eligibility has to come from the institution that issued it, I have to go call them and start the whole process over again.  Prometric cannot handle this themselves, which is more waste of time for me.

There are tons of folks here with issues regarding Prometric - my suggestion is that companies like this who take in millions of dollars a year should not get a pass on these minor issues. $500 for an exam is not to be taken lightly.

The time I was there, another individual came in behind me and experienced the same exact issue to be handed a ticket card to call their helpdesk -- my discussion with him led to understand that this is not a one time deal, it happens way too often and it was his 2nd test and 2nd time to be delayed this way.
