I paid for an expensive Exam.

When I showed up at the testing center, the center was not able to find the exam and had no record of me being scheduled.

However, I kept the online registration form and email confirmation as evidence of the schedule and payment. The testing center called Prometric, but was unable to get any answers. The exam just wasn't availble for me to take.

I called Prometric several times, left several messages, and tried multiple emails. PROMETRIC refuses to return my calls or emails.

Because of Prometric's failure, I had to pay for this Exam twice (paid again and rescheduled online). And PROMETRIC refuses to respond.
