Prometric Tried to Cancel 2 days ahead, listed as "No Show", no refund, and NO response! St Paul, Minnesota

I had signed up for a Microsoft exam and canceled online at least three times 2 days in advance, but after each online cancel my appointment still showed as active.  I tried to talk to a real person at Prometric and the only way I was able to speak to a human was to select the wrong option with their automated system.  That person said I had the wrong department and after 5 tries and three hours later to get a real human I was at a loss.  I have requested a refund and sent several emails to no avail with no response at all.  I have been truly "ripped off".  Another thing that bothers me is that my boss witnessed everything, I even called the testing center twice 2 days in advance and explained my difficulty in canceling and they explained it had to be done through Prometric. 

 I am disgusted with the horrible business practices of this company and am reporting to the BBB as well as Microsoft.  I truly hope that Microsoft stops doing business with these crooks!  MeasureUp and Pearson VUE have been proving to be much more "ethical" companies to deal with in regards to Microsoft testing.  It is unfortunate that only Prometric is available as a testing center for higher level Microsoft certs.  Again, after several hours of attempting to cancel, get a refund, and get to talk to a human, let alone an email response; NOTHING!  This is only one of many complaints of the same, there have been no resolutions posted for getting reimbursed from these crooks.
