Propolene ripoff Internet

When I ordered propolene in January I specefied that I did not want additional bottles sent to me until I tried the product and I would order more if I liked the producton

on May 2, a second order was sent to me, without my permition. my bank account had 8 dollars in the ballance, which of corse, threw me into the minus. plus, the bank charged me 30 dollars

they said it was not their responsabilaty to pay my bank charges, but it is. I did not place a second order.
