PTL PASCHALL TRUCKLINES RIPOFF COMPANY MURRAY Kentucky

I signed up with PTL for the lease purchase program .I went through their orientation & then was bused to get a truck In WAXAHATCHIE TX where it took two days to find a truck. It seemed like every truck any driver there including me picked out on their list was not available. When I fondly Got a truck I headed back to MURRAY KY. Took me about Three days to get my first load & it was not that many miles Or did it pay that much but I thought it was just a start to a Nicer paying load .my first pay settlement was $42.00 And some change but I chose to stick with it because of The loads that I was hauling for my next payday my Second pay settlement was $1700 but all the deduction That was taken out my net pay was $65.00 & some change. I was already negative with my bank & because of this I was Going to face a report of my car & owing my bank $700.00 .And I was telling the dispatcher his name is Josh time and Time again my situation but all he wanted me to do is keep Going. they kept giving me heavy loads which sucks all The fuel out so all my money was going into the fuel tanks And if the load was paying $487.00 $200.00 of that or more Was going into the fuel tanks. it was not set up for me to Make a profit but for me to haul their freight at the lowest Price that was profitable for them.

So when I seen my Second pay settlement I had a decision to make so I I decided to cut my losses & get out but Josh tried to convince me to keep going said no so he tried to make Me a deal by offering me a $1,000 if l ran for them for 30 more days then I would get the $1,000 .told him I would Do it if they would give me the $1,000 now so I could pay My bank & they said no so I said no. I have to go back to being A company driver so I can get a steady income to pay off My bank. then he started asking me what company was I Going with I told him and he started trying to use scare Tactics to get me to continue to stay. so I said I will just Have to deal with it. so he told me that he would give 40 Gallons of fuel so I could bring back the trailer & have Them take their QC & their ex prepaid box out of my truck And take their stickers. off so I did then he said that I still Would owe them $5,000 dollars for quitting & I said but I am not quitting & taking the truck some place else I'm Turning the truck into & going back to being a company Driver.he said it doesn't matter you did not stay for nine Months so you will still owe us $5,000 I said fine. so now I'm So much in debt to my bank & now PTL. go figure this Company capitalizes off of people's hardships & they Advantage of people & rip them off.
