Public Moving Services After siging contract they stole my money and never called me back. They also misrepresented storage facilities and provided my credit card dispsute with incorrect information Charlotte NC

After signing the contract and them taking my deposit, they would not call me back to confirm the dates and times. They also offered me local storage and access to my property. Once I finally reached them they stated that I can not use these local storages locations and that I could not access my property because the storage is out of state. The agrement was storage was free and local, as part of the contract. I ahve email trails supporting this issue and the date canceled due to them not holding up their deal on the contract. They will not return any calls and sent my credit card company misinformed information, that does not match my email trails. 

Phylis Ricci repleid to my credit card company fals information on when I canceld this due to their lack of communication. I also have the rep inforamtion and email stating the process and my storage locations. They are very nasty and Phyliss is very rude and nasty on the phone and hung up on twice.
