Hopefully I will be able to attach copies of docs and emails to support my claim, otherwise please provide and email address where I can forward all information I have obtained legally to support this claim.  Also, I am at the Waukegan downtown Public Library located on County St formerly Utica St. Llibrary is next to quite of few Lake County, Illinois offices as well as Waukegan, Illinois City/Municipal/County offices criss cross from Clayton St upto Belvidere Road.  

Public Storage of Park City, Illinois 60085-5979 and I am sure other locations have numerous 800 numbers to contact stating corporate but really is a call center I assume in the US not Overseas. I originally had issue in 2014 concerning additional future payments and the online bill I received.  Actually contact 800#/email "contact Us" via through their website.  Problem with how their bills reflect payments and information on them.  No itemization bills nor debt collection process needed due to Illinois Laws.   Trying to pay my bill but denial of reasonable requested information such has itemized bill plus how they are determining monthly charges if originally and then transferred As a new owner got to be the 1st of every month versus different signed date on contact. 

Was going to pay but their Recurring and Labor continuely increases on a daily basis versus monthly based on email from 800#.  Seems as though paying for storage in advance of usage versus when received bill.  No matter when you sign their Warehouse Self Storage agreements, all contracts  are converted to the 1st of each month.  Please contact by other numbers provided plus an additional email preferably due to I have a Free 250 minutes which I am out of minutes and probably by the time of your response Storage will have been Sold.

REIT corporation/company and Per Erica ( Property Manager/Owner/Agent) for Public Storage #20495, Public Storage/PS Orangeco, Inc Self Service Storage Notices  stated on February 12, 2015 that My storage Auction information was put into the Daily Herald legal notices and will be going up for sell in February 23 or February 24, 2015 due to delinquency.  out by her on what fees are due.  Erica which is property manager/owner/Agent stated I need to call PublicStorage legal department to get and itemized bill and that she could not provide due to her office computer system/records do not allow her to get copy of screen, but as she wrote the labor/charges/fees on printed copy she handed me while she was reviewing her system.  Also, Erica stated that renters of the Self Storages are prohibited by Property Manager/Owner/Agent & Public Storage/Ps Orangeco, INC/Ps Business Parks to pay in full up to and on the day of Auction per Law.  She failed to mention what law, ordinance, statue she was referring but I would think it is on their all their websites including the individual websites too.

I have requested itemized ( breakdown) bill from #800 number, email PublicStorage.com and from Erica B. above and was refused by both.   Now, I under according to information listed everywhere on the World Wide Web Internet that Public Storage, Inc also known under there other business names are PS Orangeco, Inc,, PS Business Parks, Shurgard overseas companies are considered REIT. 

I am not a lawyer but Erica explained to me they were following State and all other laws including Federal, County when it came to Mailing Notification, all Lien application, and auctioning Laws in Illinois.  I understand this is a huge corporation and have over 2200 facilities warehouses in the United States and Overseas, but reading other issues now with this company in other states.
