Public Storage Ryan Prorate Scam Naperville Illinoid

Payed my monthley bill by autopay for two years straight never late and was assured by the manager Ryan that whenever i wanted to closye my account that i would be prorated for the unused days of the month . Well needless to say when i closed my account on the 9th of the month hid attitude instanly changed and was told by Ryan that they do not prorate anything past the 6th of the month . Needless to say this left a very poor oppinion of how Public Storage thinks of their customers andi will advise anyone not to use this place .
