Puente Hills Toyota Illegal Fees, false statements City Of Industry California

This dealer overcharged us on a document preperation fee. The legal limit in california is $55 for this fee, they charged us an unbelievable $1110. When we tried to return the car they gave us a really bad time and actually threatened to call the police. Eventually they did take the car back because they were caught and had no other choice. Also after the contract was cancelled and everything was finalized they continued to run the our credit reports again, which was completely unnecessary because at that point we no longer had anything to do with them. Seems they were angry and wanted to get back at us by ruining our credit score. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and explained the situation. A few weeks later the dealership posted a response to the complaint online. They go on to say that they had to call the police and they had to physically remove me from the dealer. That statement is false due to the fact that it never happened, the general sales manager, sean davison threatened to call the police because he had no idea how to deal with the situation presented to him. He was frustrated and only threatened to call, yet they make that false statement to make themselves look like the nice guys. I have reported them to the BBB, Toyota Corp., and also the Ca Dmv. They are liars and clueless in what they are doing. The people that were involved are Sean Davison, Mike Gaulart, and Lauren Coleman. They were no help and continued to hang up when we called. Stay away from this dealer unless you want to get ripped off....
