Pure Health Naturally Where's my product I paid for, Internet

I saw this product on the Dr. Oz show, so of course I thought, it has to be ok, so I went online, and order the Pure Health product, right away I got a confirmation number, weeks go by and I email customer service, because you can't get a hold of a live person on their customer service line, so someone responds saying your order is on it's way, well here I am still waiting for it, the tracking really doesn't help if your package is lost or whatever happened to it and you can't get a live person to help you, this was my first and last order with this company.  I am very upset and I want my $ 30.00 back.
