I just posted a complaint about Pure Health Naturally. I was VERY frustrated because after ordering from them on May 5th I never heard from them again. They never answered my emails and I couldn't find their website after I had placed the order - leading me to think it was a fake or fraudulent company. After doing lots of searching, I found their website again. The problem is, it isn't listed under "Pure Health Naturally" and there are several sites named "Pure Health" or "Natural Health," etc. There was no website name on the receipt I had printed out either. For anyone else concerned about their order, check the site: www.purehealth100.com. I was able to check to see if my order was actually sent. The site said it was sent on 5/27 which concerns me a bit since the 27th is a Sunday. So, it's possible it has actually been sent. I'm hoping that's so. I'll keep you informed!

Yes - if you ordered on May 5, then you order did actually leave our facility on May 27, however, you can expect it to arrive within 3 to 5 business days (probably sooner) because it wasn't shipping on Sunday or Monday (due to the holiday). Any products ordered prior to May 20 have been processed and shipped and we will be back to our normal 48-hour turnaround by Friday if not earlier. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and we are very sorry that we haven't been able to connect with you faster. We've put all of our man and womanpower behind getting the product shipped out the doors as fast as possible! Thanks for reaching out, thank you for your order, and we hope you enjoy the product!

Giving Pure Health Naturally the benefit of the doubt, I tried to call them a few times. Each time the call goes unanswered - I just got a long continuous ring. I guess my first thoughts about the place were correct! Avoid them like the plague!
