Secondly, regarding the difference in color of the capsules you received.  Pure Green Coffee Bean, although an extract, is a food.  Just like any other food, they are pure and made by nature, so depending upon the region grown, time of harvest, and other factors green coffee beans can vary in color.  Just like other foods, such as oranges or apples, each of these can be different colors, have different flavors, textures or levels of moisture depending upon the amount of rainfall the crop received, the weather during the growing season, etc. The variances you see are just another assurance that our products are 100% pure and natural with nothing added, ever.  I hope this response helps.
