Pure Nutrients pure ripoff is more like it Orange Connecticut

Pure Nutrients company on line offered a Nature Cleanse product for a 14 day free trial. Of course product does not reach you to allow 14 days of trial as it take a week generally to reach you. In this case the company had my wrong zip code making it take even longer. Being what I thought to be smart I noted on my order sheet the day of my order and the day I would have to call to cancel. My order said order date of 5/12/09 so I called on the 26th of the month.

I was told I had placed the order on the 11th so it was too late to cancel my account had been charged. I argued that their own paper work said order date was the 12th and they said this was shipping date. This was clearly not what it said on my paper work. So to add insult to injury they would not talk about any kind of refund even partial and gave me a false claims department address on line to file a claim. I called them back three times trying to get a real address and none of them worked.

I have now tried to reverse charges on my account even allowing for the shipping fee since the item was shipped. My free trial that was not started on the date they gave me and did not reach me for nearly two weeks due to a wrong zip code on their part has now cost me 88$. Their add seemed legitimate and you can reach a real person when you call but they will not work with you on a correct claims or validate any wrong doing on their part. It is a scam for those wishing to cancel. I don't think their product is any better than their ripoff scam.

When I tried to enter the claims site at least three different addresses were given me and all wind up with the real website owner of PureNutrient who says he has never sold product.

These people need to be shut down and I would appreciate any information on where to file with better business or else where to file a claim. The company is fraudulent from the get go, by associating their name to a web site that is not theirs and evidently appearing on many pop up adds under healthyonlineliving.net, purenutrientsproducts.com and dietguidenow.com.

I thought I was being very careful keeping paperwork and making early phone calls but this institution has this scam down to a science.

Please make any new consumer aware of their really un-pure cleanse of you money.
