Purolator Purolator is taking long to deliver package ordered from Amazon.ca Mississauga Ontario

I ordered a radio from amazon.ca on June 30, 2016, it was to be delivered in July 4, 2016. there have been several delays. on July 4. the purolator tracking says it will be delivered on July 5. On July 5 it said it will be delivered on July 6. On July 6 it said July 7. today  it says "Estimated Time of Delivery Not Available". i called them this morning at 8am. and was told to all them between 10 and 30am. but the call is not going through and i cannot get anybody at purolator to speak with. Amazon used a prime system for fast deliveries. i will not be waiting on purolator and somebody should tell Amazon to stop using Purolator. multiple complains about Purolator are found online on many consumer sites describing thier incompetency in delivering packages.
