Purrfect Auto Service ruined my transmission, rendered vehicle inoperable Las Vegas Nevada

Took 99 Durango in for a tuneup and oil change. Engine light was not on. Was informed I also needed a transmission flush. Told them to go ahead with the flush and picked up the car to drive home that day. Check engine light came on.

Drove the car approx. 8 miles to work. On the way home from work, the car would not go over 20 mph and was running at 4-5k rpm, not shifting out of first gear. I stopped the car and restarted it, and it still would not shift out of first, so (slowly) I drove the car back to Purrfect.

I was informed that it was a governor sensor and after 3 days they said they replaced it. They said it drove fine, and I asked them to drive it while I was there, and when they did, it still would not shift. They informed me that with over 100k miles on the vehicle, the tranny would need to be rebuilt and this was not their problem but a flush could possibly make these things happen sooner than they otherwise would. I took the vehicle (live 3 blocks away) and for the rest of the week I tried to talk to the owner and managers of the shop to no avail about a refund for the flush. The car was leaking tranny fluid all over the parking lot and had to be towed away.

I now have a new car and have called and talked to at least five people in the shop almost every day for the past two and a half weeks.

Today I was told by a manager that Don, the owner, could not refund my money but would be happy to give me a few full service oil changes free of charge. Would you go back there??? I told him this was unacceptable and he is supposedly going to speak with the owner again on Monday.

I am a young female and don't have a high paying job, so anyone could understand why two hundred dollars is important for me to have, especially since I need to pay registration on the new car I had to purchase since Purrfect Auto Service rendered my vehicle useless.
