They are saying elderly women has failed to Demand for Payment for Equip Lease Agreement. She has closed business YEARS ago, is elderly. She does not have any equipment leased by this co. She did not lease equipment. They are saying she will be turned over to commence a civil action against her to recover all monies $817.96 + default interestm, courts cist & attorney's fees unless payment in full is received within 10 days. Deliquency has been reported to the credit bureaus as a charge off or collection account by Lease Finance Group. We nor she has any leased equipment!
