PushPin Holdings LLC Credit Card Processing Scammers New York New York

We signed a contract with CiT Leasing company back on 5-24-2004 for a wireless credit card processor. The machine never worked as they had indicated it would. After many weeks of trying to get someone to help us we finally decided to return the machine. The lease agreement calls for binding arbitration, but the company has decided to circumvent that and file a lawsuit in Chicago. This is after the statue of limitations has ran out 10 years according to Illinois laws. They have sent us threatening letters harrasing us. We've told them that the staute of limitations has already ran out on this, but they still insist that they can collect money from us. They say they would go through any means whatsoever to get their money, This is pretty scary as it sounds pretty threatening to me. They usaully send two or three letters at a time trying to intimidate you into paying them money. I guess this is some type of scam being played out by these people.
