I ordered from PVI Publishing,LLC,a grant book (order# 13802241) for $19.95 in May 2004. In June 04, I received my check back, it had been cashed at a Commerce Bank of NJ on 6/10/04. As of today 9/1/04, I have not received my Grant Book. I am pissed. How do I either get my book or get my money back ???
